Helpful reminders regarding your insurance claim:

Make sure the office has your correct Primary Care Physician (Pediatrician).
Some insurance companies require an authorization from your pediatrician.
This can be faxed to the office where your appointment is scheduled as follows:

For payment we accept cash, checks, and credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express). The co-payment is due at the time of your office visit.
If you are having a procedure done the office staff will assist you in securing the appropriate authorization and will be in close communication with you.
Remember, January is often the month in which deductibles start over again. Your first visit may cost more until your initial deductible amount is satisfied.

The cost of a gastroenterology and nutrition evaluation and treatment will vary depending on your child’s specific problem. Although it is sometimes possible to estimate the charges before your child is seen, please feel free to talk to our business staff at any time regarding financial matters. As a rule, the payment for medical services is due at the time medical services are performed. However, if you are covered by an insurance plan we will be happy to submit your claim for you.

When you provide us with your insurance information, we will confirm eligibility and benefits with your insurance company. We will inform you of your financial responsibility when you arrive for your first visit. If you anticipate any difficulty with payment, please discuss this with our billing staff before your appointment.
